The system default scrollbars in the Mattertag Directory and Highlights Directory have been replaced with some pretty sexy scrollbars that autohide – cleaning up the UI a bit more!

In addition, the fading UI has always been a little bit buggy.  I optimized and recoded it!  Half the code, twice the stability!
